There is an emerging body of literature to support what many of us "outdoorsy" people intuitively know: nature is good for the brain. Studies are also coming out that paint  a disturbing picture of how blue /artificial light, the internet, and social media are impacting us. On the personal, relational, and social level, technology is fundamentally changing things--and it's not all for the better.
